Welcome to Patient Ally

Upon activating your account you will be able to receive announcement messages from the clinic, send and receive documents, message doctors and staff, request appointments, and more! This will be the method that doctors and staff will use to communicate with you, send records, as well as receive any documents you need filled out or filed into the patients chart.

Note: Appointment requests does not guarantee the time you requested is available. If it is, your appointment will be approved and you will receive a confirmation email. This will also show on your portal. If the time you requested is unavailable you will be contacted by the office staff to schedule you for another time.

Set Up Instructions:

  1. Look for an email in your inbox titled “Enroll for Access…” Select the green button that says “Click here for access to your health records” (Please note: For families with multiple patients with our office you will need to set up a link for each child, we recommend making the username similar to each child’s name. The same email and password can be used for all accounts to make this easier. As of now merging accounts is unavailable.)
  2. On the Verification page enter the patients date of birth that matches the name on the email. Follow the instructions to receive a verification code and enter this into the page when prompted.
  3. Create a username and password.
  4. Fill out the coupon voucher or click decline.
  5. You’re all set!
